We all love junk food. The fastest and easiest way to be unhealthy.

We love everything sugary and rich in fat, its the taste that matters after all isn't it ?Don't worry, We are made that way.

Its gets really difficult to leave all these behind and work towards achieving a goal weight when all you need to eat is green veggies and food items not so palatable isn't it? Well its not that difficult if you just take the first step towards your goal and for the rest just follow this article.

Here I have mentioned just 5 easy ways you can keep track of your cravings and work towards preventing yourself from having unnecessary food items you really don't need.


1.More Proteins! 


Proteins are the key towards filling yourself up so that your apetite is full and you do not overeat.

The whole pint of having proteins is to give your body this concept that your body is full and you wont think about what to have next for your meal ,thus reducing craving in a way.

A high protein rich diet should be included specially in your breakfast for redcing cravings.


2. Rememeber  to drink water!

 


Drink water. Sometimes we are really thirsty but we manifest it in a different way thinking it about food.

Sometimes we may feel a craving for our faorite item of food ,in such scenarios drink a galss of water  and wait.You will see that the craving is gone because you have also by this method delayed the process.

Also,drinking a lot of water only has a lot of health benefits which you must not avoid. 

3. Planning of Meals



Planning is one of the most effective ways of  having a controlled diet and reduce the frequencies of cravings. A lot of research has show that planning your meal not only helps your in relieving you with your cravings but also plays a major role in weight loss. 

Since you'll be already knowing what you're gong to eat ,you will be eliminating the random selection of food that we usually do every day unknowingly.

This process helps in reducing temptation of any sort and thus helping you to fight cravings.

4. Fight Stress



One of the most common factors of your increased craving is stress. 

People under stress have been shown to have increase cravings and intake more calories of food and unhealthy eating habits.Try to reduce the factors which cause you stress .This will automatically in turn help you with decreased levels of stress hormones in your body and in turn less cravings.

5.Getting Enough Sleep




A lot no of people are sleep deprived and they don't even realize that this could be one of the reasons of their disturbed body weight and irregulars need for unnecessary food or cravings. Sleep deprived people are more likely to become obese unlike those who sleep peacefully and mindfully.

Getting proper amount of sleep will keep your mind and body sound and will prevent you from making unhealthy choices or in short help you fight your cravings.

TO CONCLUDE:

Cravings can be extremely common and people experience it almost on a daily basis. In order to fight your craving you just need to address the issue to yourself first instead of avoiding it because you may never know what causing you that extra weight!
